How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?
On working days, we will reply to you within 12 hours of receiving the inquiry.
Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory, we produce and sell by ourselves.
What products can you provide?
We mainly produce pvc scissors, heat fusers, and butt welding machines.
What application fields do your products mainly involve?
Our products cover the fields of plumbing engineering, architectural decoration, pipeline maintenance and management, industrial processing, etc.
Can you do customized products?
Yes, we may customize products. We can develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers, or add customers' brands based on existing products.
Are you producing standard parts?
Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some standard parts that are mainly used on excavators, we also call them construction machinery parts, mainly including excavator bucket teeth, tooth holders, knife angles, loader shovel teeth, ripper shovels Handles, pins, circlips, screws and nuts, etc.
How about your company's production capacity?
We have 5 production lines, which can produce 300w scissors and 30w fusers annually.
How many employees does your company have, including how many technicians?
The company has more than 90 employees, including more than 5 technicians.
How does your company guarantee product quality?
First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final products, we will inspect them according to the requirements of customers and international standards.
What is the payment method?
When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, mainly FOB. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and then settle the payment before shipment. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.
How to ship the goods to customers?
Usually, we ship by sea, and we are very close to Ningbo, Yiwu, and Shanghai ports.
